摘要
目的分析智能包药系统(ATDPS)在药房中的应用价值。方法统计使用智能包药机后单剂量口服药的调配时间和正确次数及成本值,与传统手工摆药模式相比较,进行统计学分析。结果中心摆药室的包药速度提高了75.00%,劳动力成本节约了50.00%;配药正确率提高了8.16%。智能包药比手工摆药的总计成本增加了76.75%。结论 ATDPS的应用增加了运行成本,提高了医院药学部门的工作效率,改变了传统的药品供应模式,提高了患者的用药安全指数,强化了医疗服务水平。
Objective To analyze the application value of automated tablet dispensing and packaging system(ATDPS)in the pharmacy.Methods After using the smart package machine,counted the provisioning time and correct number of times and cost value of single dose oral medication.Statistical analysis was performed in comparison with the traditional manual medicine mode.Results The speed of the central medicine room increased by 75.00%and the labor cost saved by 50.00%.The correct rate of the drug was increased by 8.16%.The total cost of smart packaging increased by 76.75%over manual dispensing.Conclusion The application of ATDPS increases the operating cost,however,it improves the work efficiency of the hospital pharmacy department and changes the traditional drug supply mode.Meanwhile,it improves the patient′s drug safety index and strengthens the medical service level.
