我院肿瘤病区超说明书用药情况分析

Analysis of off-label drug use in tumor area of our hospital

目的分析青海省人民医院静脉药物调配中心(PIVAS)肿瘤病区超说明书用药情况,为患者提供合理、安全、有效的静脉用药,加强医院对超说明书用药的管理与规范。方法回顾性分析医院肿瘤病区2018年5月1日-8月31日长期静脉用药医嘱中超说明书用药情况,统计不合理医嘱的数量、种类。结果肿瘤病区超说明书用药的类型主要有超溶媒、超浓度、超适应证、用药频次不适宜、配伍禁忌等,其中超溶媒占首位。结论青海省人民医院PIVAS肿瘤区长期医嘱中超说明书用药情况基本合理,但也存在不合理情况,应加强说明书用药的规范化管理。

Objective To analyze the off-label drug use in the tumor treatment area of the pharmacy intravenous admixture services(PIVAS)of Qinghai Provincial People′s Hospital,so as to provide reasonable,safe and effective intravenous drug use for patients and strengthen the management and standardization of off-label drug use in hospitals.Methods A retrospective analysis of off-label drug use in long-term intravenous medications in hospital tumor wards from May 1 to August 31,2018,and the number and types of unreasonable medical orders were counted.Results The types of drugs used in hospital tumor ward ware super-solvent,super-concentration,hyper-indication,unsuitable frequency of drug use,incompatibility,etc,among them,super-medium media took the first place.Conclusion The off-label drug used in the long-term medical treatment of the PIVAS tumor area in Qinghai Provincial People′s Hospital is basically reasonable,but there are also unreasonable situations,and the standardized management of the instructions should be strengthened.
