摘要
目的分析通过绩效考核调动急诊门诊医师工作积极性、提高医疗服务质量的有效方法。方法对急诊门诊医师每日医疗工作中的重点项目进行量化计分和医疗工作以外的工作进行单独平衡计分考核,根据个人总分分配绩效。比较考核前后科室质量指标增长率及科室与同期医院门诊质量指标增长率之间的差异,间接研判考核方案在调动急诊门诊医生工作积极性、提高医疗服务质量上的激励效果。结果平衡计分考核前后的科室质量指标增长率、科室与同期医院门诊质量指标增长率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论平衡计分考核方案能明显调动急诊门诊医师工作积极性,提高医疗服务质量。
Objective To analyze the effective way to mobilize the work enthusiasm of out-patient doctors and improve the quality of medical service through performance appraisal.Methods Balanced score assessment was carried out on the key items in the daily medical work of the emergency clinic doctor and the work outside the medical work,and the performance was assigned according to the personal total score.Through the analysis of the difference between the growth rate of the quality index of the department before and after the examination,the difference analysis between the growth rate of the quality index of the department and the increase rate of the outpatient quality index in the same period,the paper tries to evaluate the incentive effect of the assessment scheme in mobilizing the work of the emergency out-patient doctor and improving the quality of medical treatment service.Results There was significant difference between the growth rate of the department quality index,before and after the balanced score assessment,the growth rate of the department quality index and the increase rate of the hospital outpatient quality index(P<0.01).Conclusion The balanced score examination scheme can obviously mobilize the enthusiasm of out-patient doctors and improve the quality of medical service.
