抗生素联合植物制剂治疗非细菌性前列腺炎的效果观察

Clinical observation of antibiotic combined with botanical preparation in the treatment of non-bacterial prostatitis

目的观察抗生素联合植物制剂治疗非细菌性前列腺炎的临床效果。方法选取医院收治的非细菌性前列腺炎患者60例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予植物制剂治疗,观察组则在对照组治疗基础上加用抗生素。比较2组治疗前后炎性指数、美国国立卫生研究院慢性前列腺炎症状评分表(NIHCPSI)评分情况,以及治疗期间的不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,2组炎性指数较治疗前均降低,且观察组降低幅度大于对照组(P <0. 01);治疗后,2组症状程度、排尿症状、疼痛和不适、症状对生活质量的影响评分较治疗前均降低,且观察组降低幅度大于对照组(P <0. 01);治疗后,观察组仅1例出现恶心,对照组出现恶心3例、呕吐2例、腹痛1例,观察组不良反应发生率为3. 33%,低于对照组的20. 00%(P <0. 05)。结论抗生素联合植物制剂治疗非细菌性前列腺炎疾病,可提高患者治疗效果,缓解排尿障碍和疼痛等症状,具有较高的临床推广价值。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of antibiotic combined with botanical preparations in the treatment of non-bacterial prostatitis.Methods Sixty patients with non-bacterial prostatitis admitted to the hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,that is,the botanical preparation was given,and the observation group was given antibiotic therapy based on the treatment of the control group.The inflammatory index and NIH-CPSI scores of the two groups were compared before and after treatment,and the adverse reactions of the patients were compared.Results After treatment,the inflammatory index of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the decrease of the observation group was greater than that of the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,the scores of symptoms,urinary symptoms,pain and discomfort,and symptoms of quality in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the decrease in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.01).In the observation group,only 1 case of nausea occurred,and in the control group,there were 3 cases of nausea,2 cases of vomiting,and 1 case of abdominal pain.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.33%,which was lower than that of the control group(20.00%,P<0.05).Conclusion Antibiotic combined with botanical preparations for the treatment of non-bacterial prostatitis diseases can improve the therapeutic effect,relieve symptoms such as dysuria and pain,and is worthy of clinical application.
