夏枯草汤治疗老年高血压的临床疗效

Clinical effect of Xia kucao decoction in treating elderly hypertension

目的探讨夏枯草汤治疗老年高血压的临床疗效。方法选取汶川县人民医院2017年7月—2018年7月收治的老年高血压患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组,各40例。对照组患者予以苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗,试验组患者予以夏枯草汤治疗。两组患者均连续治疗2个月。比较两组患者临床疗效,治疗前后临床指标〔舒张压、收缩压、NO、内皮素1(ET-1)〕,并观察两组患者不良反应发生情况。结果试验组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组舒张压、收缩压、NO、ET-1比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后试验组舒张压、收缩压、NO高于对照组,ET-1低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论夏枯草汤治疗老年高血压的临床疗效确切,可有效降低患者血压,且安全性高。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Xia kucao decoction in treating elderly hypertension.Methods A total of 80 cases of elderly patients with hypertension were selected from July 2017 to July 2018 in Wenchuan County People’s Hospital,which were divided into control group and the test group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with amlodipine benzenesulfonate,the test group was treated with Xia kucao decoction.The two groups were treated for 2 months.Clinical effect,clinical index(diastolic pressure,systolic pressure,NO,ET-1)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed.Results The clinical effect of test group was better than control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant differences of diastolic pressure,systolic pressure,NO or ET-1 between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the test group of diastolic pressure,systolic pressure and NO were higher than control group,ET-1 was lower than control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the test group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xia kucao decoction have an exact clinical effect for elderly hypertension,it can effectively reduce the blood pressure of patients,and with high safety.
