雷贝拉唑与奥美拉唑治疗老年反流性食管炎的临床疗效及经济学比较

Clinical efficacy and economic comparison of rabeprazole and omeprazole in the treatment of elderly patients with reflux esophagitis

目的比较雷贝拉唑与奥美拉唑治疗老年反流性食管炎(RE)的临床疗效,并对不同方案进行经济学评价。方法将老年RE患者164例依据治疗方法不同分为雷贝拉唑组(80例)和奥美拉唑组(84例)。雷贝拉唑组采用雷贝拉唑治疗,奥美拉唑组采用奥美拉唑治疗,比较2组临床疗效,并进行经济学评估。结果雷贝拉唑组总有效率为97.50%高于奥美拉唑组的77.38%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。雷贝拉唑组单位疗效所花费用为26.11元,奥美拉唑组单位疗效所花费用为25.23元,雷贝拉唑组每增加一个单位效果所花费用较奥美拉唑组多29.60元。结论雷贝拉唑治疗老年RE疗效优于奥美拉唑,且安全性好,但其花费较高,在老年患者经济条件允许的情况下是较好的选择。

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy and economic evaluation of rabeprazole and omeprazole in treatment of elderly reflux esophagitis(RE).Methods 164 cases of elderly patients with RE were divided into rabeprazole group(80 cases)and omeprazole group(84 cases)according to different treatment methods.The rabeprazole group was treated with rabeprazole,and the omeprazole group was treated with omeprazole,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared and evaluated economically.Results The total effective rate of the rabeprazole group(97.50%)was higher than that of the omeprazole group(77.38%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The cost of the rabeprazole group was 26.11 yuan,and the cost of the omeprazole group was 25.23 yuan,the cost per unit of the rabeprazole group(29.60 yuan)was more than the omeprazole group.Conclusion Rabeprazole has a better curative effect in treatment of elderly RE than omeprazole,and it is safe,but its cost is high,which is a better choice for elderly patients with the allowing economic condition.
