厦门地区沙门菌血清型分布及耐药分析 被引量:2

Analysis of serotype distribution and drug resistance of Salmonella in Xiamen area

摘要 目的分析厦门地区腹泻患者沙门菌感染的流行特征及其耐药情况,为预防和临床治疗沙门菌感染提供依据。方法对2017年1月-2018年10月因腹泻到医院就诊的患者进行沙门菌培养和鉴定,并对确诊为沙门菌感染患者的菌株进行血清学分型及药敏试验。结果分离出沙门菌株81株,14种血清型,优势血清型主要为鼠伤寒沙门菌(32株,39.5%)及肠炎沙门菌(13株,16.0%)。沙门菌对氨苄西林、复方新诺明耐药率较高,分别为55.6%和44.4%;对左氧氟沙星、头孢他啶和头孢噻肟耐药率较低,分别为4.9%、6.2%和6.2%。结论厦门地区沙门菌感染的优势血清型为鼠伤寒沙门菌及肠炎沙门菌,对氟喹诺酮类及头孢三代抗生素的敏感性较好。 Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics and drug resistance of salmonella infection in diarrhea patients in Xiamen area,and provide evidence for prevention of salmonella infection and clinical treatment.Methods Salmonella culture and identification were performed on patients who had diarrhea to hospital in January 2017 to October 2018,and serological typing and drug susceptibility tests were performed on strains diagnosed as salmonella infection.Results 81 salmonella strains were isolated and classified into 14 serotypes,among the strains,39.5%were salmonella typhimurium,16.0%were salmonella enteritidis.Susceptibility results for the salmonella strains indicated that resistence to Ampicillin and Trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole were up to 55.6%and 44.4%;While resistence to Levofloxacin,Ceftazidime and Cefotaxime were lowered to 4.9%,6.2%and 6.2%.Conclusion The most common pathogens among the salmonella strains were salmonella typhimurium and salmonella enteritidis,analysis of antibiotic resistance indicated that strains were highly susceptible to fluoroquinolones and third generation cephalosporins.
