简述了山西省小麦品质生产和育种的概况,分析了影响小麦品质的遗传因素和环境条件,提出了提高小麦品质的六大对策。

A general situation of the production and breeding of wheat quality in Shanxi province were resumed in this thesis. The genetic factors and environmental condition of wheat quality were analysed.The six strategies to improve wheat quality were suggested.
