摘要
适宜浓度SO2处理结合低温贮藏,能有效地抑制龙眼果实呼吸强度和果皮PPO活性,延缓果实衰老变质,延长贮藏寿命。贮藏60d,果皮色泽淡黄,无褐变,好果率达97%以上。
The longan fruits were treated with the proper concertration SO2 and stored at 2℃.The resutls showed that SO2 treatment significantly inhibited the respiratory intensity of the fruits and PPO activity of pricarp,postponed deteriorative processes and prolonged storage phase as well.The commercial rate of Longan fruits still maintained at 97% with the bright and delicious after storing for sixty days.
