CO_2药芯焊丝的焊接工艺研究

A STUDY ON THE WELDING TECHNOLOGY OF CO_2 FLUX CORED WIRE

对 CO2 药芯焊丝的焊接工艺进行了研究 .分析了电弧电压、电弧电流、焊接速度对药芯焊丝焊接工艺的影响 ,并对 CO2 药芯焊丝和实芯焊丝的性能作了部分对比试验 .研究表明 :CO2 药芯焊丝的焊缝成形、焊缝的熔合、焊接质量明显好于 CO2 实芯焊丝 .

The welding technology of co 2 flux cored wire is studied in this paper. The influences of voltage, current of welding arc and the welding velocity on the welding technology of co 2 flux cored wire are analyzed, and the characteristic of flux cored wire is compared with ordinary welding wire through experiment. The results shows that the welding appearance, the welding seam's fusion and the welding qua lity of the flux cored wire are superior to the ordinary welding wire.
