通过对电解槽进行电压平衡及能量平衡测试 ,找出了电解槽输入能量与环境温度关系式 ,最后给出了高寒地区炼铝工艺制度 ,取得吨铝降低电耗 70 7k
Through measuring the voltage and power balance i n electrolytic trough, the relation of the power in electrolytic trough and the temperature around is found. The electrolytic alu minum technological system in very cold area is designed, and the power consumption of per ton of aluminum is decreased by 707 kwh.
