摘要
从土地资源立体空间合理利用的角度看,商住用地是城市集约利用土地的一种典型方式。文章在分析商住用地价格特征的基础上,以浙江省乐清市为例,探讨采用"商业用地基准价格与住宅用地基准价格相复合的方法"来评估商住综合用地的价格。
Commercial & Residential Land (CR_Land) is distributed widely throughout the cities, but the rational evaluation method of CR_Land price is difficult to find out. The paper takes Leqing city as an example to put forward a new method, which is based on the basic prices of urban commercial land and basic prices of urban residential land.The integrated method can be used effectively in the practices of evaluating CR_Land price.
