摘要
本文从剪影式的人物形象、碎片化的故事情节、悖论性的叙事模式和'气球'意象的隐喻功能四个方面,探讨美国后现代主义小说家巴尔萨姆的短篇小说《气球》的多维不确定性,以及这种写作原则折射的后现代主义的创作理念和哲学内涵。
This paper attempts to analyze the'uncertainty'in the short story'Balloon'by American postmodernist writer Donald Barthelme from four respects:sketch of characters,fragments of the plot,paradox of the narration,and the metaphorical function of the Balloon,in the hope to explore the writing concept and philosophical implications reflected in postmodernist literature.
