摘要
本文阐述了SnO_2-MgO,SnO_2-CaO,SnO_2-SrO和SnO_2-BaO四种类型碱土金属掺杂SnO_2气体传感器的制作工艺,烧结强度和测试电路。实验表明,该气体传感器对乙醇蒸汽和液化石油气有很高的灵敏度,而对H_2和NH_3气体不敏感。
Alkaline earth metal-doped SnO_2 gas sensor, which includes four kinds of sensor: SnO_2-MgO, SnO_2-CaO, SnO_2-SrO and SnO_2-BaO, was prepared by the sintering method. The technology of preparing, the intensity of sintering and the testing circuit were described in this paper. The experiment showed that alkaline earth metal-doped SnO_2 elements exhibited safficient high sensitivity to monitor alcohol vapour and liquiding petrolu m gas, and low sensitivity to H_2 and NH_3.
