摘要
用齿轮啮合原理对磨齿加工中砂轮和被加工齿轮之间的啮合进行理论分析,建立了可靠的坐标系,对接触点的相对速度进行了理论推导。计算了瞬时接触线方程,并利用MATLAB对接触线进行了仿真。
By use of the method of gear engagement principle,the paper analyses theoretically the engagement between grinding wheel and the gear being machined in gear grinding,deduces the relative speed of contact points, gains the solution of resolving contact line function, and simulates the contact line with the software of MATLAB5 3
