成形车刀的反形法快速设计

The rapid design of the formed turning tools by the method of reverse-shape

反形法加工成形车刀是以同工件廓形一样的刀具去切削二类成形车刀的刀具坯。在SolidWorks三维设计环境中模拟工件和刀具在实际加工时相互位置关系 ,以此方法进行造型实现成形车刀的快速设计。

When using the method of reverse-shape to machine the formed turning tools,the cutting tools with the profile that is same as the parts is used to machine the tools’ roughcast of second-type formed turning tools.In SolidWorks that is 3D design software,the relation of position of the part and the tool each other is simulated.And then,the formed turning tools’ solid is made up quickly.
