本文研究了7-安替吡啉偶氮-8-羟基喹啉-5-磺酸(AQS)与钪(Ⅲ)的显色反应。在高酸度下该试剂与钪(Ⅲ)所成配合物具有较好的选择性,其最大吸收波长在490nm处,摩尔吸光系数为1.37×104 L·ctn^(-1)·mol^(-1),Sc_2O_3含量在2.5μg~40μg/25mL范围内符合比尔定律。100倍的镧和30倍的钇不干扰钪(Ⅲ)的测定。
A new selective spectrophotometric reagent for the determination of micro amounts of Scandium is developed. Scandium reacts with AQS to form a colored complex exhibit maxium absorption at 490 nm with the molar ratio of Sc/AQS established to be 1:1. The molar absorptivity is 1.37×10~4 L/mol·cm. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 2.5~40 μg/25mL for Sc_2O_3, The micro amounts of Scandium in Re_2O_3 was determined satisfactorily by the proposed method without interference from 100 times of La_2O_3 and 30 times of Y_2O_3.
