相转移法合成植物生长抑制剂Pentefezol

摘要 本文研究了用相转移催化(PTC)方法合成Pentefezol,探讨了PTC在固-液相之间转移催化的机理。合成路线系以频呐酮、1,2,4-三唑和对氯苯甲醛为主要原料,经溴化、烃化、缩合、异构化和还原五个步骤,总产率为49.7%。PTC方法的引入可使反应条件温和。 Pentefezol was synthesized by phase transfer catalyst (PTC) method and the mechanism that PTC transfered between solid and liquid phases was discussed. Pinacolone, 1, 2, 4-tyiazole and p-chlorobenzaldehyde were used as major materials. The synthesis path includes five stages, i. e. bromination, alkylation, condensation, isomerization and reduction. The total yield of the synthesis as 49.7%. With PTC, the reaction conditions can be tempered obviously.
