摘要
从分析CRM在现代企业经营管理中的重要作用入手,给出了企业CRM的运作模式,论述了构建CRM的市场管理、销售管理、服务和客户管理及辅助决策的策略,并以此评估CRM的实施效果。
This paper offers the operation model of the enterprise CRM by a na lyzing the importance of CRM in modern enterprise management.It states the stra tegy of setting up CRM which consists of market management,sale management,ser vice and customer management and subsidiary decision.According to these,it ev aluates the implementation effect of CRM.
