This paper firstly analyzes the state capital and asset drain pr ob lem during Chinese management system reform of state-owned enterprises.Then it elaborates some solving countermeasures.On this basis,it puts forward some new reform thread and measures in order to push the management to achieve healt hy and innovated development.
