随着金融全球化的发展,一方面实际经济由于实际资本形成缓慢而有增长减缓的趋势;另一方面金融资产总量有加速膨胀的趋势。金融资产膨胀速度与实际资本形成速度之间的差距越来越大,而金融收益的实现又不能脱离实际经济,这种矛盾的发展是导致国际金融体系不稳定的根源。

With globalization of finance,the growth of the effective economics slows down because actual capital forms slowly.On the contrary,financial capital grows very rapidly.Thus the financial capital increases much faster than the actual capital.While financial interests relies on effective economics.The contradictory among them leads to the instability in world financial system.
