摘要
本文记述作者在江西省庐山从粮站的面粉中采得粉螨科(Acaridae)粉螨属(Acarus)—新种,庐山粉螨(Acarus lushanensis sp.nov.)新种。模式标本保存于江西大学生物学系。
A new species Acarus lushanensis sp. nov. is reported. It was found in the flour from Lushan, Jiangxi. This new species resembles Acarus farris but differs in the following charactersAcarus lushanensis sp. nov. : there are 5～7 foldings of the cuticle in the dorsum; in leg Ⅳ of the male arise respectively at the same level as the two tarsal suckers, setae r and w; in leg I the seta sigma_1, about five times longer than sigma_2.Acarus farris: There is no folding of the cuticle in the dorsum; in leg Ⅳ of the male arise at the same level as the distal tarsal suoker, setae r and w; in leg Ⅰ the seta sigma_1 about three times longer than sigma_2.The type specimens of the new species are deposited in the Biology Department Jiangxi University.Holotype ♀, Allotype, ♂, Paratype 2 ♀, 1988.
