革胡子鲶血液的研究

HEMATOLOGICAL STUDIES ON Clarias lazera

本文报道了62尾池养革胡子鲶(Clarias lazera)的血液中红细胞数、白细胞数、血红蛋白值、红细胞脆性值、比积及比重值、血细胞沉降率、血细胞分类计数以及各型血细胞体的大小等正常数值和上述常数值在雌雄个体上的差异,周年变化和繁殖季节产卵前后的差异等。

During the years of 1986～1987, blood samples were taken from 62 (♂ 30, ♀ 32) individuals of Clarias lazera. The blood indices, such as the number of red and white blood cell (RBC and WBC) per unit volume, hemeglobin content (Hb), blood specific gravity (BSG), erythrecyte esmotic fragility (Eof), haematocrit (Ht), erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), differential leukocyte count (DLC) and the normal size (Long diameter×short diameter) of the blood cells were investigated.
