摘要
利用硫酸软骨素与氯化十六烷基吡啶结合生成稳定乳浊液 ,建立了硫酸软骨素含量的快速测定方法。在波长 680nm处测定硫酸软骨素在 0～ 6.2 5× 10 - 2 g/L范围内具有良好的线性关系 ,r=0 .9998,方法回收率为 98.4 9% ,RSD为 1.11%。该测定方法与氨基己糖法相比简便快速 。
The rapid method for determination of chondroitin sulfate (CS) was established based on the reaction of chondroitin sulfate with cetylpyridinium chloride. The absorbance value at 680 nm had a good linearity with the mass concentration of CS in the range 0～6.25×10 -2 mg/mL,r=0.999 8. The recovery is 98.49%, RSD is 1.11%. Its result had a good repeatability.
