摘要
阴离子交换树脂被铁和有机物重度污染 ,并混有少量阳离子交换树脂。通过实验 ,确定了复苏的工艺路线 :先用饱和粗盐水分离除去阳离子交换树脂 ,再用碱性氯化钠溶液及纯盐酸分别浸泡处理 ,即可得到复苏。复苏后阴离子交换树脂的全交换容量达到国标一级品的要求 ,其动态交换容量与新阴离子交换树脂的相对差值为 17.1%~ 18.3%。
The resin anion was polluted by iron and organic dirt. The optimized process for recovering of the polluted resin was as tollows:remove the resin cation from the resin anion, then treat it with a alkaline sodium chloride solution and pure hydrochloric acid. The indexes of the recovered resin anion satisfy those of grade A.
