摘要
本文从网络环境的角度分析了图书馆员服务性和学术性的双重作用,对图书馆员的角色进行了新的定位,肯定了图书馆员的教育性行为,重新认识了服务性和学术性二者之间的关系,并指出,馆员只有提高自身素质,才能提高服务性,加强学术性。
This thesis analyses the librarian's twofold purpose from network angle-service and science and re-locations the librarian's role. It affirms the librarian's educational action,has a new understanding of the relation between service and science and points out that only through enhancing one's quality,one can improve and reinforce service.
