摘要
从审美角度研究教师素质有重要意义。教师的素质美应体现在四个方面:教师是塑造学生美好心灵的向导;开启学生智能的主导;促使学生言行美的先导;勾划育人新平台的编导。
It is of great importance to study the teacher's qualities from aesthetic angle. The excellent qualities of teachers should be displayed in four aspects: be a guide for students in spiritual world, a dominant in intellectual world, a model in both words and deeds, and a director in the stage of life.
