摘要
大学毕业生"就业难"的原因,并非大学毕业生过剩,而是市场经济转型期的暂时困难。解决这一问题,需要全社会共同努力,管理机制、就业政策、人事制度改革要进一步深化;毕业生要转变择业观念;高校要不断改变传统的教育、培养模式,以适应市场需求。
Difficulty in employment for college and University graduates is not really the superfluous graduate numbers but the temporary difficulty emerged from the transitional period of the market economy. To overcome the difficult, it requires the mutual effort from all walks of life. For one thing, managerial mechanism, employment policies, and the personnel system reform should be further deepened. For another, graduates should adjust their outlook. What's more, colleges and universities should change their traditional education and training mold to meet the needs of market economy.
