The article expounds the possibility and necessity in carrying out the front control in archival management of enterprise by using the thoughts and methods of quality management. At the same time, the article also expounds the relationship between quality management and archival management, and some problems that can be solved in managing files. The author thinks it is an important measure to use the method of quality management for enterprise carrying out the front control of business archival management and constructing a real and complete model of'integration of record management'.■
