民族地区因地制宜实施跨越式发展的探索——恩施自治州药业产业化实施情况调查

Appropriate Development modes in Minority Areas——An Investigation on the Implementation of Industrialization of Pharmacy in Enshi Prefecture

在西部大开发的机遇下,西部民族地区必须采取超常规发展战略,实现地方经济的跨越式发展,但这种跨越式发展受条件的制约,不是整体的跨越,而是选择具有比较优势的领域和方面先行一步,因地制宜地实施跨越式发展。本文对恩施州的药业产业化实施情况作了深入调查,并提出了一个可供参考的范例。

Under the cicumstances of the Western Development Program,the western minority areas must adopt the strategy of the super-normal development mode in order to realize the leap development.However,such mode of development is subject to many matters.It's not the all-round development,but to choose those relative advantages to exert priority.That's to realize the leap development according to different local cenditions.This paper mainly deals with the industralization of the pharmacy in the Enshi prefecture and proposes some examples for reference.
