The necessities and methods of the study on controlling processes of crop product quality were analyzed and discussed in this paper.The author realized that the study on controlling processes of crop product quality is the key problem which governments and scientists in the world concerned together.It is the need of agricultural structure regulation,of elevation of product quality and guarantee of quality safety,especially for the need of China after entered WTO.At the same time,the methods of study on controlling processes of crop product quality,including to accelerate the reproduction of high quality varieties,to control the pollutions strictly,and to strengthen the relatively base and key technology studies,were put forward.
