摘要 综述了溶磷微生物对植物磷营养作用、溶磷机制、植物接种溶磷菌的方法以及田间应用存在的问题和解决办法。因为微生物分解难溶性磷的能力与特殊基因有关 ,可以将根际具有竞争力的细菌的基因转移到溶磷菌体内 ,培育出溶磷性强、存活率高的溶磷菌 ,对农业的发展具有重要意义。参 33。 This paper reviews the importance on Phosphate solubilizing micro-organisms (PSMs)in plant P nutrition、Mechanisms of P solubilization、plant-PSM inoculation、the problem of using inoculants in the field and how to overcome.It has indicated that the mineral phosphate solubilizing (mps)microbes could be linked to specific genes.This could help in transforming the gene of P solubilization from solubilization more rhizosphere-competent bacteria into PSMs,developing novel PSMs that will be better suited to survive and solubilize P in soil conditions.
