Discussion on How Teaching Reform of Rhythmics Meets the Needs of Social Market

结合社会市场对艺术体操人才的实际需求,通过对体育院校艺术体操专项教学目标、内容及教学安排状况的调查与分析,探讨目前教学中所存在的问题并提出建立适应社会市场需要的教学目标体系;重视学生知识结构及技能掌握的专业性、全面性及广泛性;进一步加强学生综合能力培养,优化教学过程;为学生提供发展思维的空间,培养创造性思维;建立多元化教学评价体系等适应社会市场需要的改革对策。

Based on the needs of rhythmic talents in social market the academic goal, the contents of the course and the teaching arrangement were investigated and analyzed to probe into the problems existing in the present teaching. The purpose is to put forward an academic goal system suitable to the needs of the social market. The knowledge structure, the allround and extensive mastering of specific skill in students should be stressed. The cultivation of students' comprehensive ability should be strengthened. The teaching process should be optimized. Room for students to develop their thinking should be provided so as to bring up their creative thinking. The pluralistic system for teaching evaluation should be established. All those measures are for the reform suitable to the needs of the social market.
