摘要
速滑课是北方地区冬季体育教学的基础课,也是必修课的内容。由于班额大,学生人数多,学生的自身素质和体育基础差异较大,传统的体育教学方法已不能满足学生的求知欲望,有的学生吃不饱,有的学生吃不了。在我国实施素质教育的过程中,速滑课将怎样进行素质教育呢?通过对牡丹江师范学院2000级物理系一班(实验班)、二班(对照班)进行两年的"异步"教学法跟踪实验,结果实验班学生的速滑技评、达标成绩都高于对照班。
The skating course is a basic course of winter physical education teaching in the northern part of China. It is also the content of the required course. Because of the large number of classes and students, there are differences in selfquality and sports foundation among the students. And the traditional teaching method no longer satisfies the students' thirst for knowledge. Therefore, some are on short commons, some are unable to stand. How the quality education will be carried through in speed skating courses when the quality education is putting in practice in China? Tracking experiments of asynchronous teaching method were carried out for two years in the first class (the experiment class) and the second class (the control class) of the department of physics in Mudanjiang teachers college. It was found that the speed skating technique evaluation and the results for reaching the standards in the experiment class are better than those in the control class.
