Teaching and Research on Emphasizing "Straight-line Approach" at Initial Stage of Hurdling Teaching

通过教学实验,研究了在跨栏跑初期教学中强调"直线性"对跨栏步技术的掌握、运动损伤的避免、初期教学效果的影响。发现在跨栏跑初期教学中,在运用传统的教学方法的同时强调注意"直线性"能起到事半功倍的良好教学效果。

Based on teaching experiments, the influence of emphasizing the 'straightline approach' at the initial stage of hurdling teaching on mastering the hurdling technique, preventing from sports injuries and the initial teaching results was studied. It was found that at the initial stage of hurdling teaching at the same time with adopting the traditional teaching method to emphasize the 'straightline approach' would obtain half the result with twice the effort.
