摘要
用染色体畸变(CA)试验和胞质阻断微核(CBMN)试验评价了体育专业学生吸烟所诱发的染色体损伤。研究结果表明:吸烟组的平均染色体畸变率(1.0625%±0.998%)与对照组(0.5%±0.5164%)相比无显著差异。吸烟组的平均微核细胞率为11.56‰±4.289‰,明显高于对照组的4.375‰±1.962‰(P<0.01)。认为:微核试验结果表明体育专业吸烟学生外周血淋巴细胞的染色体已受到不同程度的损伤。
The chromosome aberration (CA) test and cytoplasmblock micronucleus (CBMN) test were used to evaluate the chromosome damage induced by smoking in students of physical education specialty. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the average rate of chromosome aberration between the smoking group(1.062 5%±0.998%)and the control group(0.5%±0.516 4%). The average rate of the micronucleus cell of the smoking group was 11.56‰±4.289‰, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (4.375‰±1.962‰). The micronucleus tests indicated that the chromosomes of the peripheral blood lymphocytes in smoking students of the physical education specialty were damaged to different extent.
