摘要
运用文献资料法、试验研究法、数理统计等方法,通过对排球健身操提高高校女生学生柔韧和灵敏素质的试验研究,结果表明:排球健身操对柔韧和灵敏素质均有良好的影响。
Documentation, experiments and mathematical statistics were applied to study the improvement of flexibility and agility of the college female students. It was indicated in the results that the volleyballcalisthenics has its good effects on flexibility and agility.
