摘要
采用太极拳(简化24式)指导普通女大学生进行12周的练习,并测定比较了其练习前后的体重、脉搏、肺活量、台阶指数、握力、坐位体前屈、闭眼单腿站立和心境等8项指标。研究结果表明,除体重和握力外,受试者练习后上述各指标值都得到了不同程度的提高。练习对增强女大学生的体质,提高其健康水平有着积极的作用。具体而言,太极拳(简化24式)练习可以降低女大学生的脉搏,增大肺活量,增强心肺功能,提高其柔韧和平衡素质,改善她们的心境状态。
The college female students were instructed in Taijiquan (the simplified 24 styles) training for 12 weeks. The 8 indexes, such as body weight, pulse, vital capacity, step test indexes, grip, seated body flexion, singleleg standing with ages closing and state of mind were tested and compared before and after exercise. The results showed that the indexes of the subjects mentioned above were improved after exercise to different extents, except body weight and grip. Exercise plays an active role in strengthening the female students' physique and improving their health. In the concrete, Taijiquan training decreases the pulse of the female students, increases their vital capacity, strengthens their cardiorespiratory function and improves their flexibility and balance as well as their state of mind.
