摘要
文章分析了TCP协议的功能,指出TCP协议的性能在移动IP的环境中在链路层、传输层和应用层上均能够得到增强.
The article analyzed the function of TCP and pointed out the condition of the moving IP is in the data link layer, transport layer and application layer to get strengthened egually.
