高师地理人才培养模式改革的几点思考

Several Considerations on the Reform of Talent Cultivation Pattern for Geography Major in Normal Universities and Teachers Colleges

高师地理人才培养是高等院校人才培养的有机组成部分,然而目前其培养模式与新世纪对人才的要求不相适应,削弱了地理人才在市场上的竞争优势.本文通过对当前高师地理人才培养模式上的问题分析,提出了改革的几点初步思考.

According to the law of higher education of China, colleges and universities should focus on cultivating talent.Talent cultivation for geography major in normal universities and teachers colleges is an organic part of talent cultivation in colleges and universities ,but its pattern cannot fit in with the needs of new century, so competitive power of talent for geography major in the market has been weakened to some extent.Based on the analysis of problems now existing in talent cultivation pattern for geography major in normal universities and teachers colleges, this paper puts forward several tentative considerations on this reform.
