急诊科护理人员配置研究

Study on Deployment of Nurses In Emergency Department

目的 研究急诊科护理人员的配置。方法 用单盲法对急诊科每日抢救、观察病人所需护理工作量及各班次 的工作量予以记录,并进行统计分析。结果 各班次直接/间接护理时间均不相同,且部分班次间接护理时间大于 直接护理时间.结论 急诊科按照分类系统进行人员配置较为合理。

To study the deployment of nurses after doing holistic care in emergency department. Methods By using single blind method, nursing intervention contents every day in resuscitation room and observation room in emergency department were recorded and statistics. Results According to the result the best method of deployment of nurses depends on the categories of the patients. Conclusion The deployment of nurses in emergency department should be reasonable.
