病房环境下干备无菌镊及其盛器更换时间探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨在病房环境中干备无菌镊及其盛器合适的更换时间。方法 选择8例脑卒中行气管切开需吸疾病人为研究对象,采用咽拭子采样方法分别于吸痰后4、8、12、24 h采集无菌镊前1/2段各面及其盛器内表面。共采样72次.采用肉汤细菌培养方法进行细菌阳性标本检测.结果4、8 h无细菌生长.12、24 h阳性样本数分别为5(31.2%)和14(87.5%);阳性细菌分别为鲍曼氏不动杆菌(26.3%)、铜绿假单孢菌(15.8%)、表皮葡萄球菌(26.3%)、肺炎克雷伯氏菌(15.8%)、金黄色葡萄球菌(15.8%).结论 病房环境中干备无菌镊及其盛器的更换时间以8 h为佳. To search for optimal changing interval of sterile tweezers and container in wards of hospital. Methods Beside hospital bed, the sterile tweezers and container have been sampled total 72 times 4 h, 8 h, 12 h and 24 h after sputum aspiration. Both broth bacteria cultivation and blood plate bacteria cultivation were routinely used for detection of positive bacterial samples. Results No bacteria grew during 4 to 8 h. The positive samples were 5(31. 2%) and 14 (87. 5%) at 12 h and 24 h respectively. The positive bacteria included bacterium aeruginosum(26. 3%), tseudomonas aeruginosa(15. 8%). staphylococcus epidermidis(26. 3%), klebsiella pneumoniae(15. 8%) and staphylococcus aureus (15. 8%). Conclusion The optimal changing interval of sterile tweezers and container in wards of hospital was under 8 h.
