翼首草中糖的含量测定

Determination of the Saccharide Content of Pterocephalus hookeri

目的 实验中发现翼首草所含糖分较多 ,为较全面地考察翼首草药材的质量 ,故测定其还原糖与多糖的含量 ,为制定翼首草质量标准提供科学依据。方法 采用苯酚硫酸比色法。结果 翼首草含糖量较高 ,且不同药用部位含糖量不同。结论 糖的含量可考虑作为质量标准的指标之一。

Objective It was found that the saccharide content of yishoucao (the dried root or the whole plant of Pterocephalus hookeri) is comparatively high. The present experiment is to determine the contents of reducing sugar and polysaccharide of yishoucao in order to investigate the quality of yishoucao and provide scientific evidence for establishing its quality control criteria. Method phenol sulfonic acid chromatometry was used in the experiment. Results It was found that the saccharide content of yishoucao was comparatively high and different parts of yishoucao had different saccharide contents. Conclusion The saccharide content may be used as a criterion for the quality control of yishoucao.
