摘要
通过对新疆维吾尔自治区奎屯市农地整理规划区土地利用现状和潜力的调查分析 ,阐述了实施农地整理的原则、指导思想、发展战略以及实施农地整理规划的途径与建议等问题 ,这对新疆类似地区将起到一定的示范作用。
s:\ In this Paper,were put forward some approaches and advices ab out carrying out the principle of the farmland sorting,guiding the ideology,deve loping the strategy and tidying up the farmland by the actuality analysing of th e present condition and the protential of Kuytun city farmland sorting.the area in Xinjiang.This will certainly play an exemplary role in the similar areas of X injiang.
