摘要
从分析ASMEB3 1 8《输气和配气管道系统》出发 ,发现SY/T41 0 3—1 995《钢质管道焊接及验收》中的焊接工艺评定不考虑冲击韧性 ,因而不完全适用于长输管道。对比用于压力管道的焊接工艺评定标准后 ,认为参照采用ASME第九卷的JB470 8具有全面、科学、合理的特点 ,若容入长输管道材料后 ,将符合GB5 0 2 5 1《输气管道工程设计规范》规定 。
Through analysis of ASME B31.8'Gas transmission and distribution piping systems',we discovered that the attack toughness had not been considered in welding procedure qualification of SY/T4103-1995'Welding and acceptance standard for steel pipings and pipelines'.So SY/T4103-1995 isn't applicable to the long distance gas transmission pipeline.Compared with the welding procedure qualification standard which used in pressure pipeline,we considered that the JB4708 which referred to Vol.9 of ASME have some advantages of science and reasonable. If clause of long distance gas transmission pipeline's materal is added to the JB4708,the JB4708 will conform to the stipulation of GB50521'Design code for gas transmission pipeline engineering' and it will be used in welding procedure qualification standard for long distance gas transmission pipeline.
