摘要
焦炭塔裙座长期受交变应力的作用极易产生裂纹 ,通过对裙座结构进行优化分析设计 ,采用应力较低的裙座结构 ,然后制定合理完善的焦炭塔裙座更换施工方案 ,对有裂纹的裙座成功地进行了更换 。
When the coke column skirt had been suffered from alternative stress for a long period of time,crack on it was easily occurring. Having made a rational and consummate replacement plan , the defects of the coke column skirt were successfully removed by way of replacing a new one which adopted optimum analyses and relatively low stress design on the structure.
