脱气冷凝器E6204换热管泄漏原因分析

摘要 脱气冷凝器是某TDI公司光化界区重要的换热器之一 ,2 0 0 1年连续发生两次大面积泄漏。同年 1 2月更换新换热器 ,对脱气冷凝器取样 ,做宏观和微观的断口分析 ,结合工艺环境的实际情况 ,综合分析泄漏的原因 ,认为是壳程氯离子造成的应力腐蚀破坏 。 The degasser condenser was one of the major heat exchangers in the phosgenation-system of the TDI complex .There were two extensive leakages occurred in a row in the year of 2001, for which,we had no alternative but to replaced it with a new one in December in the same year.Having made visual and microcosmic analysis on the samples taken from this condenser and taken into consideration the actual situation of the process environment,we think that it was the stress corrosion caused by the chlorion in the shell side that led to the leakage.This study and analysis had provided us with a scientific theoretical basis to ensure a long time period on-stream operation of the TDI plant.
