摘要 以模糊理论与神经网络相结合 ,提出了节水农业灌溉工程模糊神经网络综合评价方法 ,该方法网络识别率超过传统的方法 ,克服了模糊系统中的精度问题 ,其效果又比仅使用人工神经网络系统理论系统的优越。结合河南某节水农业试范区 ,进行了节水灌溉工程模糊神经网络综合评价分析 ,评判结果合理、方法简便实用。 As for the planning and decision of water saving irrigation projects, a fuzzy nervous network integrated assessment method was given out. The network identifying ratio of this method exceeded that of traditional methods. The precise problem of fuzzy system was overcome; therefore, the efficiency is higher than that of system constructed through only general artificial neural network. Based on the massive data of Henan area, using fuzzy neural network, water saving irrigation projects in a town in the area was assessed, this model can be operated easily, and the assessment results are reliable.
