摘要
利用旋转甩刀的切割及冲击作用 ,对棉秆进行粉碎 ;同时 ,甩刀高速旋转产生的惯性和气流作用对粉碎的棉秆进行抛送。在田间试验的基础上 ,通过理论探讨 ,对棉秆粉碎收获机的基本原理、主要部件及参数进行分析 ,设计出与中型拖拉机配套的棉秆粉碎收获机。
The design of a suspension style cotton stalk harvester is based on a rotary cutter with support free flails. Combined cutting and impacting actions of rotating flail, cotton stalk is grounded into small pieces, and then thrown by inertia and air flow generated by the high speed flail. Based on the theories and field experiments, this paper analyzed the basic principle, main parts and related parameters, especially rotating speed of flail and finally a cotton stalk harvester matching with medium horsepower tractors was designed. This machine has the following advantages, simple structure,independent parts,adjustable harvesting row width, and it also has the function of throwing cotton stalk to fields.
