摘要
通过熔融共混的方法制备了TPU/EPDM共混物 ,并分别进行流变、DSC、IR及力学性能测试。结果表明 :该共混体系的相容性较差 ,EPDM对TPU的微相分离结构没有明显影响 ;在一定的添加量范围内 ,EPDM的加入明显提高了共混体系的力学性能。
TPU/EPDM blends were prepared by melt mixing using a twin screw extruder. Rheological behavior, DSC, IR and mechanical properties were tested. Results showed that TPU and EPDM was an uncompatible system and EPDM had little influnce on the microphase separation structure .The mechanical properties of TPU were improved greatly by blending with EPDM.
